Dr. Niranjan Gangaiah
Principal Dentist
Dr. Niranjan Gangaiah graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2001. He also pursued Master of Public Health from the University of Western Sydney in 2005. He has been practicing at private clinics here in Sydney for more than 15 years and now brings the skills and experience attained in all these years to North Square Dental. Dr. Niranjan is very gentle, warm and approachable and passionate about providing the best dental care and advice to his patients. He firmly believes in enhancing his knowledge and abilities through Continuing Education, and studied with perseverance to complete Mini Residency in Orthodontics, the prestigious Progressive Orthodontic Course and to gain Invisalign (clear braces) accreditation.
Dr Sharlee Rai
Associate Dentist
Dr Sharlee Rai is a well-rounded dental practitioner with a strong work ethic and a mature approach to treating patients. She strikes a remarkable balance between being very personable while simultaneously bringing a professional approach to her care-oriented role as a dentist. Her passion for dentistry is exemplary. Her consistent top grades through her school years and university years combined with her commitment towards continuing education means that she is strongly equipped to provide the best quality of dental care to patients and their families. In her personal time she likes traveling and spending time with her family.
Kausha
Practice Manager
Kausha has joined North Square Dental with a certificate III in dental assisting since 2017.
She has assisted in all areas of Dentistry ranging from the treatment of children, oral surgery and orthodontic procedures.
Kausha co-ordinates all events at the practice from the front desk and is well versed in IT and the finer workings of the computers but still enjoys chair-side assisting on her regular roster.
She enjoys all aspects of her work, but is especially prideful when it comes to helping patients experience the best possible care and seeing them leave happy and smiling.
Reshmi
Admin/Dental Assistant
Reshmi is one of the more senior assistants at North Square Dental and has more than 2 decades of experience as a dental assistant.
Reshmi also works as a Medical Center admin/receptionist. She co-ordinates with Patients appointment and treatment plans.
Reshmi is always warm and friendly and really makes all of our patients feel very comfortable. Whether it be at the front desk or by your side in the dental chair, Reshmi will make you feel at ease.
Neha
Receptionist/Dental Assistant
She trained as a Dental Assistant in Australia, graduating with her Certificate III in Dental Assisting from TAFE and recently completing Certificate IV in Radiology from TAFE in 2022. Since graduating, Neha has gained considerable experience in Dental Assisting and has worked with us at North Square Dental since 2018.
Neha is a valued member of the North Square Dental team and has been a dental assistant in private practice for many years.
Neha is an enthusiastic and diligent worker who will always ensure that you are feeling comfortable.
Diwa
Oral Health Therapist
Diwa has been with our team at North Square Dental after completing her Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy from University of Newcastle.
Since then she has worked in various clinical setups and has gained experience of working with a variety of patients. Diva enjoys working with patients and gets great satisfaction to see them healed of their problems. She believes that everyone deserves a great smile.
As an Oral Health Therapist, she has developed a special interest in the areas of supportive periodontal therapy, diagnosis and management of early/advanced periodontal conditions, oral health education and promotion, and oral health risk assessment and prevention.
Sumayya
Reception/ Dental Assistant
Summyya has been working as a dental assistant since 2017. She has a vast experience of chair side assistance while working in various dental practices over the past few years.
At North Square Dental she is working as a dental assistant as well as receptionist. Her top priority is to ensure patient care and comfort.
In her free time she enjoys cycling, travelling, bushwalking and watching sports
Suman
Dental Assistant/ Reception
Suman did her certificate III in Dental assisting from Tafe and has been a part of North square dental team since 2019. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is currently pursuing Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy from University of Newcastle. She is a conscientious, patient oriented assistant who takes pride in her work in general dental assisting, admin duties & strives to uphold high standards of infection control. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
